Green Baton begins with orchestra because that is where our expertise and experience are deepest, but the vision has always been much bigger.
As Green Baton grows, our goal is to become a trusted, one-stop professional development resource for Fine Arts educators and leaders. We envision expanding our offerings to include band, choir, and elementary music, led by respected specialists and innovators in each field. Over time, Green Baton will broaden that expertise further to encompass theater arts and visual arts, creating a collaborative network of practitioners who understand the unique challenges and possibilities of arts education.
